About the job: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive 'Software Testing and Customer Support Engineer' who will be responsible for ensuring product quality through testing and delivering excellent support to our clients. The role involves understanding client issues, testing ERP modules, reporting bugs, and ensuring smooth product usage. Key responsibilities: A. Software testing: 1. Test various ERP modules (functional, UI, regression, usability). 2. Identify, document, and track bugs using internal tools. 3. Prepare test cases, scenarios, and reports. 4. Work closely with the development team for timely bug fixes. 5. Ensure product quality before release. B. Customer support: 1. Handle client queries via calls, emails, chat, or a ticketing system. 2. Provide training and onboarding for new clients. 3. Troubleshoot issues related to ERP modules and coordinate resolutions. 4. Maintain customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication. 5. Understand customer requirements and share feedback with the product team. Why join us 1.
