As part of a cross-functional team, the successful applicant will deliver the RDQ activities essential for new product development, portfolio maintenance, and productivity projects, all while ensuring an optimal consumer experience. How You Will Contribute: With managerial support, the scientist will organise and execute projects aligned with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements. This includes planning and conducting pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practices and HACCP standards. The role also involves writing technical reports that analyse and interpret results, leading to actionable conclusions and recommendations, while creating and maintaining accurate consumer-led specifications.
