The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in moderating content related to copyright, trademark issues, IP appeals, and general IP concerns. This role requires strong decision-making skills, good analytical ability, and a keen eye for content violations while working in a non-voice back-end workplace. Qualifications Under Graduation & Graduation Additional Information - Review and moderate user-generated content for compliance with IP policies and community guidelines. - Evaluate and resolve issues related to copyright infringement, trademark violations, and IP appeals. - Investigate and act upon reports of intellectual property misuse. - Maintain high-quality moderation standards by staying updated on platform policies and IP laws. - Document case actions and decisions accurately in internal systems. - Ensure all decisions align with client guidelines and legal requirements. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduation is not mandatory. Experience: Prior experience in Intellectual Property Content Moderation is essential.
