Position: Head Of Engineering Services Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Business Unit: Global Engineering Services (APAC) JOB PURPOSE: - As Head of Engineering Services, lead the engineering Business Unit, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while also fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence, and aligning engineering efforts with the company's overall goals JOB RELATED STATISTICS: Total Revenues: USD 20 Million plus Personnel: 900+ Engineers (including contract) JOB DUTIES: Reporting to this position are various levels of functional managers and project managers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership: - Develop and implement the engineering strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business objectives - Set clear goals and objectives for the engineering team and track progress - Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends 2. Team Management: - Hire, train, and mentor engineering staff, creating a positive and high-performing team culture - Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback - Manage and allocate resources effectively 3.
