We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer with 13 years of experience to design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging web and mobile experiences. The ideal candidate has strong UI design skills, a solid understanding of UX principles, and an interest in using AI-powered tools to improve research, ideation, and design workflows. Responsibilities Design modern, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications Translate user needs, business requirements, and design briefs into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and developer-ready designs Apply UX principles, accessibility standards, and visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout, colour, iconography, and hierarchy Create user flows, information architecture, journey maps, and interactive prototypes Support user research, competitor analysis, usability reviews, and heuristic evaluations Build and maintain reusable components and assets within Figma design systems Use AI-powered tools responsibly for research, ideation, wireframing, content creation, and design documentation Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders Collaborate with Design Leads, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers throughout the project lifecycle Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and support smooth developer handoff Requirements 13 years of professional experience in UI/UX, Product, or Digital Product Design. A strong portfolio demonstrating modern UI design and practical application of UX principles. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, prototyping, and collaboration workflows. Understanding of design systems, component-based design, and design tokens. Strong knowledge of responsive, adaptive, and mobile-first design. Excellent visual design skills across typography, grids, layout, colour theory, iconography, and visual hierarchy. Working knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG, and usability best practices. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and their application in day-to-day workflows. Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Curiosity, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous learning. .
