UI/UX Designer - Figma/Adobe XD

Description : About the Role : We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2 to 5 years of experience to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, modern UI trends, and collaboration with product and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities : - Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications - Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis - Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders - Maintain and evolve design systems and UI consistency across products - Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences - Optimize designs based on user feedback and analytics - Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are followed Required Skills : - Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch - Understanding of UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout design - Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications - Knowledge of prototyping and interaction design - Familiarity with design systems and component libraries - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend workflows is a plus - Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working in startups or product-based companies - Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and case studies - Exposure to SaaS, e-commerce, ERP, or AI products is a plus Nice to Have : - Experience with motion design or micro-interactions - Knowledge of user analytics tools - Familiarity with frontend frameworks and developer handoff processes Benefits : - Flexible work environment - Opportunity to work on impactful products - Learning and growth opportunities - Collaborative and fast-paced team culture .
