Assist in Windows Server administration including user accounts, permissions, and system monitoring. Manage MS Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) for end-users. Document support requests, resolutions, and maintain IT logs for compliance and reporting. Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades, patches, and integration projects.
