Location: Pune or Noida, India Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home) Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM IST Engagement: Contract Project Manager, Learning Solutions Contract Engagement Location: Pune or Noida, India Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home) Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM IST Engagement: Contract 5-month engagement Function: Global Delivery Project Management The Role We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a 5-month eLearning and video development project. You'll own the project plan and schedule, coordinate across instructional design, SME, media, and QA teams, and keep the client, stakeholders, and your own team aligned from kickoff through closure. What You'll Do Own the full project lifecycle, from kickoff through delivery and closureBuild and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and dependencies in Microsoft ProjectDefine scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholdersAct as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholdersCoordinate across instructional design, SME, media, QA, and delivery teams; run status meetings and manage follow-upsPlan and allocate resources, spot risks early, and resolve delivery bottlenecks before they become problemsProvide regular status reports, forecasts, and variance analysis, and support review cycles through to final sign-off The Three Things That Matter Most Project management hands-on experience running the full lifecycle of a project in Microsoft Project, from scope and schedule through closureCommunication skills comfortable as the main point of contact for clients and cross-functional teams, clear in status updates and tough conversations alikeTime management able to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines across a 5-month engagement without dropping the ball Also Needed 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in learning, training, eLearning, or content developmentStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft ProjectExperience managing cross-functional teams of 10-15+ peopleProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentSolid fundamentals in scope management, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communicationBachelor's degree in any field Nice to Have Experience in learning services, training delivery, or digital content development organizationsExposure to automation tools, AI-assisted workflows, or reporting toolsExperience working with global clients or distributed teams Why Work With Us Join a global team delivering learning solutions for some of the world's largest organizations.
