Key Responsibilities - Lead Salesforce delivery for M&A;, including org migrations, system consolidation and cross-platform integrations. - Drive data migration and data quality, managing deduplication, normalization, reconciliation and partnering with Integrations/Data Warehouse teams on scalable ETL/ELT pipelines. - Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, APIs and AI tools like Agentforce. - Evaluate acquired systems and translate requirements into scalable technical designs with strong architectural oversight. - Collaborate with PMs, TPMs, Engineering, and Business Ops to ensure smooth post-merger integration and technical alignment. - Apply Salesforce technical skills, including Lightning Platform, LWC, Apex, and integration frameworks, for both BAU and M&A; needs. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. - 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. - Strong understanding of Mergers and Acquisitions(M&A;), cross-platform Integrations and Data warehouse tools and technologies. - Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning development, specifically using Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and optimizations. - Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. - Experience in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. .
