Project Manager - Industrial Mechanical EPC (Chennai)

Hiring: Project Manager Mechanical EPC Projects Location: Chennai (Extensive Site Travel Required) Samay Project Services Limited , an NSE-listed EPC company, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple mechanical EPC projects across India. Key Responsibilities - Manage multiple EPC projects from the Corporate Office in Chennai. - Regularly visit project sites for review meetings, customer interactions, and progress monitoring. - Coordinate with site engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution. - Plan project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve execution bottlenecks. - Mobilize and manage subcontractors and skilled manpower for project execution. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality, and safety standards. - Coordinate billing, certification, and collection of project payments. - Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and draft professional correspondence seeking approvals, clearances, and commercial resolutions. - Work closely with engineering, procurement, and management teams to achieve successful project completion. Desired Profile - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering . - 710 years of site experience in Mechanical EPC projects. - Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: - Power Plant BOP Piping - High Pressure (HP) Piping - Industrial Fire Protection Systems - Tank Farms & Terminal Projects - Industrial Piping and Mechanical Works - Exposure to project planning and scheduling tools will be an advantage. - Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. - Good documentation and business communication skills. - Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across India.
