Lead Salesforce Developer Location: Indore (Work from Office) Experience: 710 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, hands-on experience with integrations, and the ability to lead a team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Lead the development team by providing technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews. Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet business requirements. Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and best coding practices. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Manage deployments using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment tools. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices. Required Skills 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development. Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits. Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification. Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps processes. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
