About the Role As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions that support our global advertising technology platform. You'll lead complex development initiatives, build secure and high-performing applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative business solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and Platform Events. - Build robust integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions. - Optimize application performance, data models, automation, and platform scalability while following Salesforce best practices. - Lead technical design discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers. - Partner with Product Managers, Salesforce Administrators, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. - Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve platform reliability. - Contribute to CI/CD processes using Salesforce DX, Git, and deployment tools, while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity. Required Qualifications - 7+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments. - Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch & Queueable Apex. - Experience designing scalable Salesforce architectures, data models, security, and automation. - Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and third-party systems. - Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD practices. - Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security model, and development best practices. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred). - Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. - Familiarity with MuleSoft, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and Agile development. - Experience working in SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or other high-growth technology environments. - Exposure to Salesforce AI (Einstein/Agentforce) is a plus. .
