Looking for a Lead Salesforce developer who has played key roles in large Salesforce implementations. Should have experience with designing and developing custom solutions using Salesforce and NOT just using out-of-box features. Should have the knowledge to design and implement complex systems. Having Salesforce DevOps experience would be a bonus, but not mandatory. Work Timings 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Work Location - Chennai Work Type: Hybrid (4 Days Work from the office) Number of Positions - 5 Roles & Responsibilities: Should be able to interact with clients and gather requirements.Use Lightning (Aura, LWC) and Apex to create unique client-based solutions.Integrate Salesforce with 3rd party system using web services and app exchange apps.Should have a deep understanding of the Salesforce security model.Should be able to analyze and document existing complex custom processes and propose options for streamlining existing code if necessary.Should be able to handle change requests related to heavily customized pages that uses client-side scripting like jQuery and Angular JSShould be able to work in a fast-paced Agile environment. RequirementsRequired education and/or experience: Bachelors degreeMinimum of 8 +years of development-related experience in the Salesforce ecosystemMUST HAVE PD2 certification. Technical Skills: Development experience with Lightning, Apex and Visualforce is required.Strong knowledge of building customized reports is required.Prior experience in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment.Strong technical design skills and an ability to deliver client driven solutions.Requires familiarity with UI technologies like jQuery and Angular JSStrong understanding of API based integrations.Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment. Be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.Build rapport and develop effective working relationships with clients.Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, is required.Possess strong organizational and time management skills.Be a creative and analytical thinker.Experience with Salesforce DevOps and architecture, good to have. .
