Job Description: Salesforce Administrator Reporting (35 Years Experience) Location: Hyderabad About the Role NextPower is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator with a strong focus on reporting and analytics to support our global SFDC environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building dashboards, and translating sales activity into meaningful business insights. You will play a key role in enabling Sales leadership with accurate reporting, improving pipeline visibility, and supporting data-driven decision-making, while also handling core Salesforce administration responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Reporting & Dashboard Development (Primary Focus) Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline, performance, and forecasting. Work closely with Sales and leadership teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports. Analyze trends and highlight key insights to support business decisions. Data Management & Quality Perform data imports, validation, and cleansing to maintain high-quality data. Monitor data integrity and proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies. Support governance around data standards and reporting accuracy. Salesforce Administration & Support Handle day-to-day Salesforce admin tasks (user setup, access, basic configuration). Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues for end users. Support integrations and ensure data flows correctly into Salesforce. Automation & Process Support Assist in automating reporting and sales processes using Salesforce Flow and other tools. Support improvements in pipeline tracking, stage management, and handoffs between teams. Qualifications 35 years of Salesforce experience (with hands-on reporting/dashboard work). Salesforce Administrator Certification is an advantage. Strong understanding of Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data structures. Experience working with sales data / pipeline reporting. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into reports. Flexibility to collaborate with global teams, including availability to support US time zones (comfortable to be able to work in evening/Night Shift as required). Preferred Skills Experience in Sales Operations or CRM analytics. Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis). Exposure to data integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Oracle, Arena, or similar systems is an advantage.
