Job Summary: We are seeking a detail -oriented Salesforce skilled with strong expertise in User Access Management, Security, and Compliance (SOC & SOX). The ideal candidate will have hands -on experience managing Salesforce environments, enforcing governance policies, and a foundational understanding of AWS and Python for automation and integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Salesforce Administration & Access Management Manage user lifecycle: provisioning, deactivation, role/profile assignment, and permission sets. Design and maintain role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Conduct periodic user access reviews and audits. Implement and maintain least privilege access model. Define role hierarchy aligned with org structure (Sales Manager Director). Control record -level visibility using: Organization -Wide Defaults (OWD), Role hierarchy, Sharing rules (criteria -based / owner -based). Ensure sensitive data is not exposed unnecessarily. - Security & Compliance Ensure compliance with SOC and SOX controls. Monitor and enforce data security policies, field -level security, and object access. Support internal and external audits with documentation and evidence. Maintain audit trails, login monitoring, and security health checks. Implement IP restrictions, MFA policies, and session security settings. - Platform Governance Monitor and optimize Salesforce governor limits (CPU time, SOQL, DML, etc.). Collaborate with developers to ensure scalable and compliant solutions. Maintain change management and release processes (sandbox, deployment, versioning). - Automation & Integration Support Develop basic automation using Flows, Process Builder (or Flow -based replacements). Utilize Python (basic scripting) for reporting, automation, or integrations. Support integrations with external systems, including AWS -based services. - Monitoring & Reporting Generate reports and dashboards related to user activity, access, and compliance. Track system performance and usage metrics. Proactively identify and mitigate risks. Requirements - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. - 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience. - Strong knowledge of: User management (profiles, roles, permission sets). - Salesforce security model. Governor limits and platform constraints. - Experience supporting SOC/SOX audits and compliance requirements. - Familiarity with Salesforce Setup, Reports, and Dashboards. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in regulated environments (Finance, Healthcare, etc.) - Hands -on exposure to AWS services (S3, IAM, Lambda basic understanding) - Basic proficiency in Python scripting - Experience with: Salesforce Shield (Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring). - Identity & Access Management (SSO, OAuth, SAML). DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar). - Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). Key Skills: - Salesforce Security & Access Control. Compliance & Audit Readiness (SOC/SOX). - Governor Limits Optimization. Identity & Access Management (IAM). - Basic Cloud (AWS) & Scripting (Python). - Strong analytical and documentation skills. 1.
