The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, security implementation, and declarative configurations. The candidate should be comfortable working across multiple Salesforce environments (sandboxes) and have a solid understanding of end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce APIs.Should be able to lead the team. Develop custom business logic using Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.Build responsive and reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) following Salesforce best practices.Configure Salesforce using declarative features such as Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Objects, Custom Metadata, Record Types, Page Layouts, and Dynamic Forms.Implement and maintain Salesforce security, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Roles, Sharing Rules, Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), Field-Level Security, and Restriction Rules.Develop and support Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) portals.Work with multiple Salesforce environments like SIT and UAT.Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment documentation.Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.Must have PD1 & Sales or Service Cloud & Good to have Experience Cloud Certification. .
