We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator with 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, production support, SAP BTP Administration, and AWS cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in managing SAP landscapes, ensuring system availability, performance optimization, upgrades, and cloud-based SAP infrastructure. Experience working in support projects and handling critical production issues is Responsibilities - Administer, monitor, and maintain SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, etc.). - Perform SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, kernel updates, support pack implementation, and system refreshes. - Manage day-to-day Basis administration activities including transports, client administration, user management, and system health monitoring. - Handle production support incidents, problem management, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance tuning. - Administer and support SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) including subaccounts, entitlements, user and role management, destinations, connectivity, and service provisioning. - Work with AWS cloud infrastructure for SAP workloads, including EC2, EBS, VPC, Load Balancers, IAM, backups, and monitoring. - Perform system monitoring, capacity planning, backup and recovery, and high availability activities. - Coordinate with functional and technical teams during deployments, maintenance activities, and go-live support. - Ensure SAP system security, compliance, and audit readiness. - Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks. Required Skills - 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong experience in production/support projects. - Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Administration. - Experience managing SAP environments on AWS Cloud. .
