What youll ownWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM Administrator to join our Enterprise Operations team based in India, supporting the enterprise-wide implementation, administration, and optimisation of Salesforce across Enterprise (LOB). This role is responsible for ensuring the Salesforce platform remains stable, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with evolving business needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, architects, developers, and end users to support the day-to-day operation of Salesforce, drive platform adoption, and continuously improve processes across the customer lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce administration, user support, data management, and platform configuration, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
