Role OverviewArchlynk is seeking a motivated SAP Basis Associate with 13 years of experience to support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior Basis consultants and crossfunctional teams to ensure the stability, performance, and security of SAP systems. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.Perform SAP system administration activities including user management, client administration, and transport management.Support SAP installations, upgrades, patches, and kernel upgrades under the guidance of senior team members.Assist in system refreshes, client copies, and transport deployments across SAP environments.Monitor SAP HANA and database health, backups, and system performance.Troubleshoot SAP Basis issues and participate in root cause analysis.Support performance tuning and system optimization activities.Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and technical records.Coordinate with functional, development, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve technical issues.Participate in incident management, change management, and system maintenance activities.Assist with cloudbased SAP environments and migrationrelated activities when required.Patch and Version UpgradesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.13 years of handson experience in SAP Basis Administration.Basic understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP HANA environments.Knowledge of:SAP Transport Management System (TMS)User AdministrationSystem MonitoringClient AdministrationBackup and Recovery ConceptsSAP Performance MonitoringCloud ALM , BTPExperience working with Linux/Unix operating systems.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills.Good verbal and written communication skills.Preferred SkillsExposure to SAP S/4HANA environments , Version Upgrades to RISE.Knowledge of SAP HANA Database Administration.Understanding of SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager, or SAP BTP.Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, PowerShell, or Python).SAP certification or relevant training is a plus.Experience supporting cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is desirable.Why Join Our Team Working at ArchLynk means joining a team fueled by collaboration, innovation, and teamwork.
