Job Title: SAP Project Manager (ECC & S/4HANA Support) Location: Mumbai Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Permanent Interview Rounds: 2 (Virtual) Availability: Immediate to 30 Days Job Description We are looking for a seasoned SAP Project Manager to lead the day-to-day support, operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions for our client. Job Summary Experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation and support engagements. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end SAP delivery including AMS/support operations, enhancements, rollout activities, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have experience handling onsite-offshore delivery models and should be comfortable working from the client location in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities * Lead SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects. * Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and project closure. * Handle SAP AMS/support engagements ensuring SLA adherence and smooth operations. * Coordinate with client stakeholders, business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and vendors. * Manage onsite and offshore teams for successful project execution. * Conduct project governance meetings, status reporting, and escalation management. * Drive issue resolution, defect management, and change request processes. * Support cutover planning, go-live activities, hyper care, and stabilization phases. * Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and delivery commitments. * Prepare project plans, effort estimates, resource plans, RAID logs, and management reports. * Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams across modules including FI/CO, MM, Consolidation, Analytics, BASIS, ABAP, and Security. * Follow SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies as applicable. ### Required Skills & Experience * 10+ years of overall SAP experience with a minimum of 6 years in a Project Management role. * Robust experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. * Hands-on experience managing SAP implementation and support/AMS projects. * Good understanding of SAP business processes and integration across modules. * Experience managing large-scale enterprise support engagements. * Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. * Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, and service delivery management. * Experience in resource management, budgeting, effort estimation, and risk mitigation. * Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. * Willingness to work onsite from the client location in Mumbai. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. * PMP and/or SAP Activate Certification preferred. * Exposure to SAP migration projects and cloud environments is an added advantage. * Experience working with global clients preferred. * Experience managing multi-country landscapes and localization requirements.
