You need to contribute to the techsophy framework for delivering at 3x speed and use the framework in your projects for your clients. The framework uses products and solutions built by techsophy. We build engineers passionate about their work and creates solutions with zero tolerance for the status quo. As an Engineer, you are responsible for building solutions to existing customer challenges in the product/platforms and suggest improvements, new features, making them the best for your customers. You take the initiative and act proactively in various client projects and new initiatives like POCs, Pilots, and Prototypes. You are going to work with cross-functional collaboration and communication with members from other teams within Techsophy (E.g. Developers, Leads, UX Designer, QA, Program Manager, Architects) to complete development and integration work. Skills Requirements (Some or all of them because we believe intelligent people can pick up whatever they need in a short period of time. You just need to prove that you can.): Hands on experience on Apache Spark using Scala. Hands on experience on major components in Hadoop Ecosystem like HDFS, Map Reduce, Hive, Impala. Experienced in implementing Spark RDD Transformations, actions to implement business analysis. Strong programming experience of building applications / platforms using Scala. An efficient interpersonal communicator with sound analytical problem-solving skills and management capabilities. Strive to keep the slope of the learning curve high and able to quickly adapt to new environments and technologies. Good knowledge on agile methodology of Software development. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
