Job Title Senior Data Analyst R/Shiny Location Pune Experience 3 6 Years Job Summary We are looking for a talented Senior Data Analyst R/Shiny with 3 6 years of experience in designing and developing interactive analytics solutions using R and R Shiny. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience building end-to-end data visualization applications, and the ability to collaborate with clients to deliver regulatory-compliant analytics workflows. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and web applications using R Shiny. Perform data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization using R. Develop end-to-end analytics platforms that support regulatory-compliant workflows. Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources. Build reusable and scalable R Shiny modules and dashboards. Create insightful visualizations using ggplot2, Plotly, and other R packages. Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality user experience. Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions within project timelines. Required Skills 3 6 years of experience in Data Analytics. Strong hands-on experience in R Programming. Expertise in developing applications using R Shiny. Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Experience with tidyverse, dplyr, ggplot2, Plotly, and related R packages. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills. Experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience with R Markdown and Git/GitHub. Knowledge of REST APIs and database integration. Exposure to Python, Power BI, or Tableau. Experience working in regulated environments such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Financial Services is an added advantage. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
