Role & responsibilities Design and establish enterprise-wide integration architecture to enable seamless communication between systems. Analyze existing applications, data exchange points, formats, connectivity requirements, and technical environments. Develop and implement secure, scalable integration frameworks and solutions. Define current-state architecture, identify gaps, and design target-state integration strategies. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and enterprise architects to meet integration requirements. Develop and monitor integration KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics. Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of integration frameworks and related artefacts. Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, governance policies, and best practices. Integrate enterprise applications with third-party systems, cloud platforms, COTS products, and internal systems. Create detailed integration blueprints, including system interactions and data exchange models. Design and implement solutions for data flow, transformation, and system communication. Address integration challenges related to security, governance, scalability, and compatibility. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support. Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration designs, processes, and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications 12+ years of experience in integration architecture, system design, or enterprise architecture. Strong expertise in integration patterns, middleware technologies, APIs, microservices, and messaging systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid integration solutions. Knowledge of data formats such as JSON, XML, and industry integration protocols. Familiarity with API management tools, ESB, iPaaS solutions, and event-driven architecture. Strong understanding of security standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams. .
