Architect Integrated Design & Innovation Job Title Architect Integrated Design & Innovation Experience- 2 to 6 years Qualifications We are looking for a non-conventional architect who can think analytically, imagine boldly, hold a strong aesthetic line, lead a small design team, work comfortably alongside AI and automation tools, and take a project from first concept through shop drawings and delivery without needing to hand off between specialists at every stage. Skills Own design delivery end-to-end: concept schematic design development statutory compliance shop drawings prefabrication coordination site deliveryWork fluidly across Michelngelo's brands redevelopment, greenfield townships, commercial, and export rather than being siloed to one product line.Bring an unconventional creative lens to massing, form, and material choice, while keeping designs constructible and prefabrication compatible.Adopt and champion AI-assisted and automated workflows in the design process (BIM/IFC authoring, AI-assisted drafting and coordination, agentic design-review workflows) as tools that extend judgment not replace it.Provide moderate, hands-on leadership to a small design pod: reviews, mentoring, and holding the design line with consultants, contractors, and clients.Run rigorous feasibility and trade-off analysis (site, cost, code, structure, buildability) before committing to a design direction.Coordinate with project management and delivery systems to keep design decisions synchronized with schedule and procurement reality.Where relevant, draw on recently patent-expired or open-domain design and construction technologies rather than defaulting to proprietary, high-cost solutions.Job Type: Full-time Compensation: From 40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
