Pega CSSA Certified Senior System Architect (Hyderabad)

The role requires expertise in case management, business process workflows, integrations, and UI while ensuring adherence to Pega guardrails and development best practices . The candidate will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade digital transformation solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesPega Application Development - Design and develop Pega PRPC / Pega BPM applications based on business requirements. - Configure case management workflows, flows, and decision rules . - Develop reusable components following Pega guardrails and best practices . Case Management & Business Process Implementation - Build case types, stages, processes, and flows . - Configure assignments, service level agreements (SLAs), and routing rules . - Implement decision tables, decision trees, and business rules . UI Development - Develop user interfaces using Pega SAIL (Sections, Harnesses, UI rules) . - Create responsive UI components for business users. Data & Integration - Work with data models, data pages, and activities . - Implement REST and SOAP integrations with external systems . - Configure connectors, services, and integration layers . Code Quality & Performance - Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and coding standards . - Participate in code reviews and performance optimization . - Debug and troubleshoot Pega applications. Collaboration - Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and stakeholders . - Participate in Agile / Scrum development cycles . Required Skills - Pega CSSA Certification Mandatory - 4-10 Years of experience in Pega PRPC / Pega BPM development - Robust experience in: - Case Management - Flows and Process Automation - Decision Rules - Integration Services - Hands-on experience in Pega SAIL UI development - Experience with Data Pages, Activities, and Data Transforms - Knowledge of REST / SOAP integrations - Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies .
