Position: SDE - II - Mobile Developer Location: Delhi Working Days: 5 (Monday to Friday) Experience Required: 2-4 Years We're looking for a SDE - II to join our team, both at work, and at play! We are a sports tech company on a mission to enable 100 million Indians to play active sport as a way of life through a combination of cutting edge technology and on-ground expertise. We are a fast-growing platform with Indian cricket legend Ajinkya Rahane as a brand ambassador. Responsibilities: Building multi-platform applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter. Collaborating with other developers to create, deploy, and maintain Flutter-based applications for different platforms. Performing app profiling and improving performance. Writing and reviewing multi-application codes. Ensuring consistency between the delivered product features and the requirements/criteria of the business. Developing new features, maintaining code, and fixing/debugging issues. Requirements: 2 - 4 years of relevant software development experience. Good understanding of Flutter and Dart. Ability to write readable code, create extensive documentation for existing code, and refactor previously written code into a readable state. Good understanding of code versioning tools such as Git etc. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or IT Must Have: 2-4 years of Flutter/Dart experience Method channels/ Platform Channels State management (BLoC/Cubit, Provider, or Riverpod) Git proficiency (branching, merging, PRs, conflict resolution) REST API App architecture patterns (Clean Architecture, MVVM) Local storage (Hive, SQLite, SharedPreferences) Deep linking & navigation frameworks (GoRouter, auto_route) Good to Have: CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions) Monorepo tools (Melos) App store deployment experience (Play Store + App Store) REST API Native language knowledge , at least one of Java, Kotlin, or Swift Animations Custom Paint Familiarity with Flavors/build variants for multi-environment setups Mentoring junior developers Previous experience with Product based companies Mobile products is a plus. .
