We are seeking a skilled Robotics Engineer with a strong robotics background to design, build, and deploy intelligent robotic systems. You will work across the full stack of robotics development mechanical design, embedded systems, motion control, perception, and software integration to bring autonomous and semi-autonomous systems from concept to production. Key Responsibilities Especially Important ROS is just a tool, but Robotics engineering related background is important for the requirements, make sure work and interview will be based on description Design, develop, and test robotic systems including manipulators, mobile robots, or automated hardware platforms Develop and implement motion planning, kinematics, and control algorithms (PID, MPC, trajectory optimization) Integrate sensors (LiDAR, cameras, IMUs, encoders, force/torque sensors) for perception and localization Build and maintain software for localization, robot navigation, SLAM, and obstacle avoidance Write embedded firmware and real-time control software (C/C++) for microcontrollers and industrial controllers Work with ROS/ROS2 to develop, simulate, and deploy robotic applications Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers on hardware-software integration Conduct system-level testing, calibration, and validation in lab and field environments Debug and troubleshoot issues across hardware, firmware, and software layers Document designs, test procedures, and technical specifications Stay current with advances in robotics, automation, and AI to bring new techniques into projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Freshers: Strong academic project work, internships, or personal builds in robotics (e.g., robot arms, drones, mobile robots) will be considered in place of professional experience Experienced candidates: 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and building robotic systems preferred Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python Exposure to or working knowledge of ROS / ROS2 and robotics simulation tools (Gazebo, RViz, Webots, or similar) Basic to solid understanding of kinematics, dynamics, and control theory (depth expected to scale with experience) Familiarity with sensor integration and sensor fusion concepts (Kalman filters, EKF, etc.) Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers (Arduino, STM32, Raspberry Pi, etc.) Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work across hardware/software boundaries Freshers should demonstrate strong fundamentals and eagerness to learn; experienced candidates should demonstrate a track record of shipped or deployed robotic systems Preferred Qualifications Experience with SLAM, path planning, and autonomous navigation Background in Deep learning or computer vision applied to robotics Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360) for mechanical design Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) Prior experience taking a robotic product from prototype to production Contributions to open-source robotics projects or published research .
