Senior Manager Technology & Platform Operations

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and technology-oriented Senior Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and day-to-day management of our Commercial Property Listing Portal. This role will serve as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring that the platform aligns with business objectives while delivering a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, product management, system integration, and project execution. They will be responsible for driving technology initiatives, managing CRM integration, ensuring data integrity, coordinating with development partners, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance business efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Platform Management Manage the end-to-end operations and continuous improvement of the Commercial Property Listing Portal.Define, prioritize, and manage the technology and product roadmap in line with business goals.Gather business requirements and convert them into detailed functional and technical specifications.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, development teams, and external technology partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.Monitor platform performance, system availability, scalability, and security.Oversee application maintenance, bug resolution, feature enhancements, and release management.CRM & System Integration Manage seamless integration between the CRM and the Commercial Property Listing Portal.Ensure accurate synchronization of:Property listingsCompany profilesBranch informationOwner detailsBuilding and unit informationLeads and enquiriesMonitor and resolve data synchronization issues to maintain data accuracy and consistency.Work with development teams to enhance APIs and third-party integrations.Product Development & Enhancement Drive continuous product improvements based on business requirements, customer feedback, and market trends.Enhance search functionality, filtering capabilities, property discovery, and user experience.Participate in product planning, sprint reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), release planning, and deployment activities.Define acceptance criteria and ensure the successful delivery of product enhancements.Data Management & Analytics Ensure high standards of data quality across the CRM and portal.Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.Analyze user behavior, listing performance, lead generation, and operational efficiency.Recommend technology-driven improvements to optimize business processes and platform performance.Project & Vendor Management Manage software vendors, implementation partners, and third-party service providers.Plan, monitor, and track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Ensure adherence to project milestones, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.Coordinate issue resolution and change management activities.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and Product teams to understand business needs.Provide technical guidance and support to business users.Conduct user training sessions and prepare system documentation.Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing across teams.Innovation & Process Improvement Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, including AI-powered search, intelligent property recommendations, workflow automation, and data validation.Drive continuous innovation to improve platform usability and customer experience.Required Technical Skills Strong understanding of web application architecture and software development lifecycle (SDLC).Experience with CRM platforms and enterprise applications.Knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, and data synchronization.Proficiency in SQL and database management.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferred.Basic understanding of development technologies such as .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python.Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.Business & Functional Skills Understanding of commercial real estate business processes.Knowledge of property listing and portfolio management.Business process analysis and requirement gathering.Product lifecycle management.Data analysis and reporting.Vendor and stakeholder management.Project planning and execution.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Professional certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, Product Management, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.Experience 68 years of experience in software implementation, product management, business analysis, or technology operations.Minimum 2 years of .
