SAP Project Systems (PS) / SAP Project Delivery Manager Experience: 815 Years Location: PAN India (Hybrid/Onsite) Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) / SAP Project Delivery Manager with strong expertise in SAP PS configuration, S/4HANA implementations, and global template rollouts. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects, gathering business requirements, configuring SAP PS solutions, and coordinating project delivery from blueprinting through go-live and hypercare. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical consultants, and project management teams to ensure successful SAP PS solution delivery. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end SAP Project Systems (PS) implementation and rollout projects. - Configure and customize SAP PS solutions based on business requirements. - Conduct requirement gathering workshops and Fit-Gap Analysis with business users. - Prepare Business Process Blueprint (BBP) and functional design documents. - Design and configure - Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) - Network Activities - Project Planning - Resource Planning - Cost Planning & Budgeting - Project Cost Control - Project Settlement - Results Analysis - Milestone Billing - Lead global template rollout activities across multiple regions. - Coordinate cross-functional integration with SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, and other modules. - Support data migration activities and validate migrated project master data. - Prepare Functional Specifications and coordinate developments with technical teams. - Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management, and business sign-off. - Prepare cutover plans and support Go-Live and Hypercare activities. - Deliver end-user training and prepare user manuals and project documentation. - Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and project governance.
