Job Role: Delivery Boy / Delivery Executive Job Overview We are looking for a responsible and reliable Delivery Boy to deliver customer orders safely and on time.The candidate will be responsible for order pickup, delivery management, customer coordination, and maintaining delivery records.The role requires good time management skills and adherence to traffic and safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities Order Delivery: Pick up and deliver orders within the assigned area.Ensure timely and safe delivery of customer orders.Verify delivery details such as address and contact information.Maintain proper delivery records and update order status. Customer Handling Coordinate professionally with customers during deliveries.Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service.Handle customer queries related to delivery when required. Cash & Safety Management Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, if required.Maintain accurate records of collected payments.Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines while delivering orders.Handle delivery items carefully to avoid damage. Required Skills & Qualifications Responsible and punctual attitude.Good knowledge of local routes and locations.Basic communication skills.Ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.Valid driving license and vehicle (if required). .
