Manager VMS & SOW Delivery Lead/ Manager (Semiconductor) Location: Noida / Bangalore (100% Onsite) Experience: 8+ Years Function: Recruitment Delivery & Client Account Management Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Lead / Manager VMS & SOW Delivery to manage end-to-end VMS recruitment operations and SOW program delivery for semiconductor and advanced technology clients. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership across technical domains. Key Responsibilities VMS Delivery Management Lead VMS recruitment delivery for enterprise clients including Qualcomm and Samsung Drive SLA adherence, pipeline management, and fulfillment of complex technical roles Monitor hiring metrics (submittals, interviews, closures) and improve delivery performance Ensure VMS compliance, documentation, and audit readiness Manage stakeholder communication and client escalations SOW Program Ownership Lead SOW intake, scope definition, and execution planning Manage project timelines, recruiter allocation, and fulfillment targets Oversee cost alignment, billing terms, and margin management Ensure high-quality delivery across VLSI, Semiconductor, Embedded, AI/ML, IT, Networking, and Security domains Drive stakeholder reporting, governance, and risk mitigation Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or talent delivery Strong experience managing VMS-based recruitment programs Exposure to SOW hiring models and project-based workforce delivery Experience handling semiconductor / VLSI accounts Strong leadership, reporting, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage high-volume, technically complex requisitions .
