Job Title : Technical Project Manager (ERP & Enterprise Systems) Location : Kolkata, West Bengal, India (Work from Office) Employment Type : Full-Time (Contract to Hire) Experience Required : 15+ Years About the role We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives, including ERP and enterprise applications. This role requires strong technical understanding, project ownership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Own and drive complete project delivery (scope, timeline, cost, and quality) Manage multiple projects and ensure alignment with business goals Define project plans, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery schedules Lead cross-functional teams including Development, QA, DevOps, Business, and external vendors Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Ensure adherence to SDLC, coding standards, and best practices Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Manage change requests, scope creep, and stakeholder expectations Oversee UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support Technical and Domain Requirements Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience managing ERP implementations (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, HR, etc.) Exposure to web-based enterprise applications Good technical knowledge of backend technologies (Java, .NET, PHP/Laravel or similar) Understanding of databases (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.), APIs, and system integrations Ability to review technical designs and guide architectural decisions Delivery and Program Management Skills Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies Strong experience in project planning, estimation, and execution Resource and capacity management experience Budget tracking and cost control Risk and issue management Experience handling large-scale, multi-team projects Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project Leadership and Soft Skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Experience in client-facing roles and handling escalations Preferred Qualifications PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Key Expectations Deliver projects on time and within budget Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes Build and mentor high-performing teams Maintain transparency in reporting and governance Application Process: Interested candidates can apply through LinkedIn or share their updated resume for further evaluation. .
