Responsibilities Enter and maintain information in a database format to address budgeting, softwarecompliance & inventory, contracts, and cost. Assist in the development of reporting toaddress management requirements to obtain information. Communicate through email, individual interview, group meetings, and presentations to endusers, management, developers, and vendors. Respond to requests from end users, managers, developers, and team members for specificIT Software Asset Management data information. Facilitate the business needs for ongoing technical support and upgrade protection onselected products by ensuring that maintenance, support and upgrade protection renewalsare managed/handled/ordered in advance of their expiration. Identify savings opportunities for renewals, software licensing, and services. Follow throughwith vendors. Manage contracts and relationships to maximize value creation and costs for softwarelicensing, maintenance, and service offerings. Collect information for budgeting, software compliance & inventory, contract summaries,and cost comparisons.Technical Experience: - Knowledge of License Management and compliance tools like Flexera, ServiceNow. Exposure to ITSM and ITAM frameworks and tools. The ability to learn quickly and retain large quantities of information Managing multiple priorities and/or projects by using appropriate methodologies and tools. Introduce new ideas and processes which improve performance and productivity. Problem solver with the ability to encourage others in collaborative problem solving. Actingas both a broker and consultant regarding resources, you engage others in problem solvingwithout taking over. Location - BENGALURU / NOIDA Notice period - Immediate joiner .
