AI Director

Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on, delivery-focused Director to build and lead our AI Center of Excellence (COE). This role combines technical leadership, AI innovation, team building, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Establish and scale the AI COE, including governance, operating model, and roadmap. Build AI agents, RAG solutions, and reusable AI platforms to improve productivity across business functions. Lead a team of AI/ML Engineers, Architects, and AIOps professionals. Drive AI adoption, responsible AI practices, and organizational AI maturity. Grow Innovecture's AI Transformation practice through presales, client workshops, solution design, and thought leadership. Develop AI service offerings, frameworks, accelerators, and strategic partnerships. Required Experience 10+ years in technology, including 4+ years in AI/ML engineering or architecture. Proven experience leading AI teams, practices, or Centers of Excellence. Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, and MLOps. Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI platforms. Strong Python, cloud, API, containerization, and AI solution delivery skills. Experience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing environments preferred. Success Measures Launch and operationalize the AI COE. Deploy AI agents delivering measurable business impact. Build reusable AI platforms and service offerings. Contribute to AI business growth, thought leadership, and presales pipeline. .
