Director - Technology Services

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise technology services in alignment with business goals.Collaborate with executive leadership and business units to identify technology needs and drive transformation initiatives.Lead the modernization of infrastructure and IT services to improve performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.Service Delivery & Operations:Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT support, service desk, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.Implement and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery.Manage vendor relationships and contracts for outsourced services, hardware, and software solutions.Infrastructure & Cloud:Lead infrastructure strategy including data centers, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, and storage.Ensure robust cybersecurity and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.Team Leadership:Build, mentor, and manage high-performing IT service teams across multiple domains.Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Governance & Compliance:Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, industry regulations, and data protection standards.Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures. .
