Job Title: Principal Consultant FS Digital Transformation | Digital Pre-Sales Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities Lead FS Pursuits (RFPs/RFIs): Conceptualize digital solutions, craft win themes, pitches, and transformation approaches. Assess processes, define digital scope, and create PoVs, roadmaps, business cases, and commercials. Required Skills & Expertise Strong domain expertise in Retail/Commercial Banking (Cards, Mortgages, Lending, Deposits, Payments, Default Management, Transaction Accounts). Deep understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, RPA, AI/ML, and workflow automation in FS. Proven track record in managing end-to-end pursuits, solution design, and pre-sales leadership. Understanding of US/UK/APAC banking markets and platforms. Exceptional verbal, written, analytical, and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel, Visio). Qualifications & Experience 12+ years in Banking Operations (Cards/Mortgages/Lending etc.), with at least 8 years in Pre-Sales & Solution Design. Bachelors degree in Commerce, Science, or Technology (mandatory). MBA/CA from Tier-1 institutions preferred. Domain expert or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Banking Operations & Digital Transformation. Compensation Package: 30 LPA 35 LPA (based on experience and fit). .
