Position: Lead Graphic Designer Experience: 8+ Years Job Location: Ahmedabad - WFO Working Days: 5 Days ( Monday to Friday) Timings: 10 AM to 7:30 PM We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead/Senior Graphic Designer, you will oversee and guide the design process, ensuring high-quality creative output. Responsibilities: Designer Initiatives: Spearhead and oversee all design projects, ensuring alignment with the company's brand guidelines and overall vision.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to understand design requirements and deliver innovative solutions.Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that enhance the overall user experience and align with the company's business objectives.Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and mentorship to the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Design Execution: Take ownership of end-to-end design processes, from concept development to final execution, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables.Video Editing: Utilize your video editing expertise to create compelling visual content for various marketing and promotional initiatives.Brand Consistency: Uphold brand consistency across all design elements, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable visual identity.Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and resonate with our target audience.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Requires a minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably with a background in a design agency.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including print, digital, and video work.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including print, digital, and video work.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing prioritiesJob Type: Full-time Compensation: 90,000.00 - 150,000.00 per month Experience: Graphic designer: 5 years (Required)Work Location: In person .
