OverviewAndPayments is building the compliance and risk infrastructure that powers the next generation of Indian payments companies. We are looking for a senior GRC Consultant who can operate across both functional and technical stacks. ResponsibilitiesLead requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution demos for enterprise clients.Design risk architecture and map controls across Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Issues, Events, Vulnerability Management, ISMS, BCM, and TPRM.Own solution design and technical configuration, including integrations.Drive the onboarding-to-adoption journey: training, UAT, and beyond.Be the GRC subjectmatter expert internally and externally.Qualifications510 years in GRC consulting or tool implementation, with strong domain depth across Operational Risk, Internal Audit, ISMS, BCM, and TPRM.Handson engineering experience with Java, PL/SQL, JavaScript, ReactJS, .NET, MS SQL, and Oracle.Experience with enterprise integrations: REST, OAuth2, Rapid7.Solid solutiondesign capability with endtoend delivery ownership.Familiarity with CI/CD, AWS fundamentals, and AIassisted development (preferred).Comfort with travel (36 weeks per implementation).A builder's mindset comfortable using AI as a core part of how you work, not just a tool on the side.At AndPayments, AI isnt a nicetohave; its how we operate.
