IT Identity Governance administrator is responsible for managing and ensuring the integrity, security, and availability of user identities, and access controls within the organization's IT systems. This position plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining the organization's identity governance framework, ensuring secure and controlled access to systems, apps, endpoints and mitigating the risks associated with user identities and access controls. Responsibilities: Managing user access rights, roles, and permissions, as well as monitoring and reviewing user access activities. Oversee the administration and configuration of identity and access management (IAM) systems and tools, such as identity management solutions, directory services, and access control systems. Ensure the accurate and effective provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Infosec, compliance, and audit, to ensure the alignment of identity governance practices with overall IT security and compliance objectives. Provide subject matter expertise and support during audits and compliance assessments. Document identity governance processes, procedures, and system configurations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance endpoint management efficiency, user experience, and security. Required Skills: Positive technical leadership skills to provide direction, guidance, and support to the team. Advanced knowledge in Identity Governance and Access, including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access policies, etc. Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, Jira/ServiceNow and more. Strong scripting skills, such as PowerShell, ansible, etc. Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of relevant experience. .
