Location: Surat, Gujarat (On-site) Experience: 12 Years Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer with 12 years of experience in infrastructure management, automation, and deployment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with setting up and managing on-premise servers along with modern DevOps tools and practices. Key Responsibilities: Optimize CI/CD pipelines using automation and AI-powered development tools. Set up, configure, and maintain on-premise, virtualized (VMware/KVM), and cloud infrastructure. Implement OS-level security, patch management, firewalls, and access controls. Configure and manage load balancers (NGINX, HAProxy, or F5) for high availability and SSL termination. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation). Deploy and maintain monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and support proactive infrastructure monitoring. Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments and improve system reliability. Required Skills: 12 years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, or Infrastructure Engineering. Strong Linux administration and TCP/IP networking fundamentals. Hands-on experience in setting up and managing on-premise servers . Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with Git, Python/Bash scripting, and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Strong troubleshooting, automation, and problem-solving skills. .
