As a manager andsubject matter expert, youll participate and help drive our business advisorysolutions services, advise clients on data security and compliance to helpprevent potential security breaches before they occur as well as coach andmentor team members. Responsibilities Lead PCI-DSScompliance engagements, including scoping, gap analysis, risk assessments, andreporting using Report on Compliance (ROC) and Self-Assessment Questionnaires(SAQ). Participateand lead business development initiatives for our Business Advisory Services Coach andmentor resources and help shape the evolution of the PCI practice includingincorporation of Artificial Intelligence tools Conductdigital compliance and cyber risk assessments, maturity assessments, andvulnerability evaluations across diverse environments. Adviseclients on cloud security architecture, scope reduction, governance frameworks,and compliance requirements (PCI-DSS, Interac, CIS, NIST) and other industrystandards). Prepare andpresent professional reports detailing findings and remediation recommendationsto technical and non-technical audiences. Collaboratewith clients to define payment systems, payment flows, and security controlsacross multiple channels. Contributeto the development of security policies, processes, and technical controls. Mentor andassist in the development of team members. Monitorproject timelines and communicate status updates effectively in collaborationwith our Project Management team. Requirements Skills andExperience Degree ordiploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years ofexperience in cyber security and compliance. Experiencein business development including preparation of proposals in clientrelationships Candidatesmust currently hold a valid Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) certificationthat can be transferred to MNP. Preferencegiven to candidates who possess multiple certifications including CISSP, CISM,CISA, ISO 27001, and cloud security certifications such as CCSP, CCSK, andvendor specific certifications including Microsoft, AWS and GCP. Otherrelevant certifications in security and risk management are considered anasset. Provenability to lead complex engagements and manage client relationships. Knowledge ofsecurity concepts: network/application security, encryption, incident response,vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and cloud security. Expertiseacross multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix), networking, and cloudplatforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce, Oracle). Strongcommunication and presentation skills. .
