Product Manager 2026

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle , from product vision, roadmap, and requirements to launch and optimisation. Work closely with clients, engineering, design, operations, and business teams to define requirements, priorities, and delivery plans. Manage product backlog, timelines, risks, testing, releases, and post-launch issues. Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Conduct user testing, gather feedback, analyse usage/engagement , and drive product adoption and retention. Define and monitor product KPIs, analytics, and A/B testing to identify improvement opportunities. Prepare product documentation, release notes, reports, and support training/knowledge sharing. Conduct market and competitor research and stay updated on industry trends. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, Finance, IT, or related field. Experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Project Manager in fintech, financial services, or technology . Strong understanding of software development, SDLC, Agile, and product management . Strong communication, stakeholder management, organisation, and analytical skills. Product management certification (e.g. CSPO) is a plus.
