Qualified Childcare Educator

Grow Early Education Bundaberg is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Certificate III or Diploma Educator to join our team! We believe that every child deserves the very best start in life! This is a Permanent Part Time position to work 3 days per week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday! Our centre is open from 6:30am - 6:30pm, this position must be flexible to work opens or closing shifts! About your new role: Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community. Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations. Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team. You will implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children. A little about you: Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA. Current Blue Card, approved First Aid, National Child Safety (Geccko) Training, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications. Experience in an early childhood setting.
