The Role – Educator This role is ideal for Educators who hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care, or who are actively working towards their Certificate III and looking to grow their confidence and skills in a supportive environment. As an Educator at Meadow Lane, you will: · Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families · Support children’s learning through play-based experiences and daily routines · Work collaboratively with your room team and leaders · Learn and contribute to reflective practice and quality improvement · Be supported with creative, educator-led approaches You’ll be guided by experienced Lead Educators and supported by our Pedagogy and Centre Leadership teams every step of the way.
