Oak Tree is dedicated to helping every child explore, learn, and thrive. Role Requirements The opportunities have become available for Diploma & Cert 3 Educators to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will need: a Diploma or Cert III of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) a current and valid Working with Children Check a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training. experience with the NQF, NQS, & a sound knowledge of the EYLF an ability to interpret curriculum documents effective oral and written communication skills Key Role Responsibilities Responsibility for the development and implementation of a kindergarten or studio program. Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment. Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families. Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program. Participate in professional and personal development.
