🌟 CASUAL CHILDREN'S SPORTS COACH – MULTIPLE LOCATIONS 🌟 Ready Steady Go Kids is looking for a reliable, energetic and enthusiastic Casual Sports Coach / All-Round Cover Coach to join our team. We operate across multiple centres and childcare locations and are currently looking for someone who is flexible, reliable and happy to work across different locations as needed . 📍 Our Locations Woodcroft Seven Hills Cambridge Park Glenmore Park Winmalee Emu Plains Rouse Hill About Ready Steady Go Kids Ready Steady Go Kids is a multi-sport and exercise program designed for preschool-aged children from 1.5–6 years . Operating across more than 180 locations, our program was designed by a physiotherapist to help children develop gross motor skills, school-readiness skills, confidence and sportsmanship while encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle. Children are introduced to 10 different sports , including tennis, hockey, basketball, athletics, soccer, AFL, rugby, t-ball, golf and cricket. We are looking for an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic SUPER COACH to join our award-winning multi-sport program. ⏰ About the Role This is a casual position with an immediate start available for the right candidate . We operate 7 days a week and have multiple shifts available. Classes are generally held in the mornings Shifts are approximately 2–4 hours Start times can be from 8:00am weekends and 9:15 Weekdays We generally operate during school terms Work includes regular shifts for a 10-week school term and/or casual cover shifts Applicants available for multiple weekdays plus Saturday and/or Sunday mornings will be highly regarded This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys variety and is happy to work across different locations rather than being based at only one centre. ⭐ The Right Candidate MUST: Have a driver's licence and reliable car Be flexible and willing to travel between our different locations Be available multiple days during the week and ideally Saturday and/or Sunday mornings Be reliable and comfortable taking both regular and cover shifts Be energetic, confident, enthusiastic and able to project their voice Be a fast learner and show excellent initiative Confidently engage with children aged 18 months–6 years , as well as their parents, carers and educators Have a current Working With Children Check – Employee Version , or be willing to obtain one Love working with children and being active Have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team Be able to roar like a tiger, fly like a plane and stomp like a T-Rex! 🐯✈️🦖 🎓 Qualifications & Experience Previous experience working with children will be highly regarded Previous sports or coaching experience will be highly regarded Coaching Level 2 will be required but can be completed after commencing A love of sport and an energetic personality are essential Working With Children Check – Employee Version is required 🏃 Tasks & Responsibilities Delivering the Ready Steady Go Kids program in 30–45 minute classes Engaging and interacting with children aged 1.5–6 years Communicating confidently with parents, caregivers and educators Teaching the fundamentals of 10 different sports Demonstrating warm-ups and stretching Leading fun, interactive games and activities Keeping classes organised and running on time Setting up and packing away sporting equipment before and after classes Creating a fun, positive and encouraging environment for every child Immediate start available for the right person.
