Location: Kallang Sector Duration: 1 year contract (Extendable / Convertible) Monday to Friday, 08:00am–5:30pm or 08:30am–6:00pm. Key responsibilities Perform processing of CS1, CS5, CS6 and CS7 applications Monitor performance statistics Prepare supply applications performance and remittance reports Perform tagging of tenant meters Raise refunds for service quotations Check and issue service connection quotations Issue payment acknowledgement letters Liaise with LEWs, customers and SPPG on supply application matters Attend to customers, LEWs and Principals' enquiries via email and verbal correspondence Coordinate and attend meetings with customers, LEWs and Principals About you Diploma in any discipline Experience in at least two of the following preferred: Oracle (EBS Portal) or SAP with Outlook and/or Microsoft VBA Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Proficient in MS Office applications Ability to handle stress and work under tight timeline We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
