Recruitment Assistant / Talent Acquisition Assistant

About the role Power Mac Center, a leading technology retailer in the Philippines, is seeking a talented HR Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and contributing to the growth and development of our exceptional workforce. What you'll be doing Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information and hiring decisions Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, such as preparing offer letters, onboarding new hires, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and suggest improvements to our processes Contribute to the overall HR function by supporting employee engagement initiatives and other HR-related projects as needed What we're looking for At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role, preferably in the retail or technology industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in using HR and applicant tracking systems, as well as standard office productivity tools A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to continuous improvement A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
