Job function: Provide sales and customer service support. Prepare sales reports. Mail out and management of sampling stocks & manage customer database. Handle customers’ enquiries and assist to provide effective solution for customers’ issues. Sales Order Processing: Quotation and Sales Order. Purchase stationery/other office supplies, and make good inventory control. Arrange the printing of staff business name cards, company envelopes, paper with company letterhead. Undertake any other duties assigned by the Company. Provide admin support in company events and marketing activities (outing, lunch meeting, symposium and annual dinner, etc.). Provide HR administrative support for HR related matters.
