Responsibilities 工作職責 Lead warehouse team to handle daily operations including goods receiving, dispatching, picking & packing, labelling and stock movement 帶領倉務團隊處理日常運作，包括收貨、派貨、揀貨包裝、貼標及存貨調動 Schedule, oversee, and manpower plan for the warehouse team to maximize efficiency 統籌及監督倉務團隊人手安排，以提升運作效率 Hands on involvement in monitoring stock movement, quality of work to ensure operations run smoothly and accurately 親身監察存貨流轉及工作質素，確保運作順暢準確 Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS and Excel, perform regular cycle count and stock checks 使用WMS及Excel維持準確存貨記錄，並定期進行循環盤點 žCommunicate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations and delivery 與內部部門及外部人士溝通，確保日常運作及送貨順利 Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized working environment 確保遵守倉庫安全程序，並維持整潔有序的工作環境 Shift duty (If any) 輪班工作(如有需要) Good to Have 優先條件 Retail warehouse experience 具零售倉庫運作經驗 Knowledge in inventory control and cost control 熟悉存貨控制及成本控制 Qualifications & Requirements 資歷及要求 8 years of warehouse operation experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role inside warehouse or team-leading role 具備8年倉務運作經驗，其中最少5年擔任倉庫督導或團隊領導角色 Valid forklift license is required 必須持有有效叉車牌照 Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is an advantage 具WMS（倉庫管理系統）經驗者優先 Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and Outlook 熟練MS Office（尤其Excel）及Outlook Good command of written and spoken Chinese; basic English is preferred 良好中書中語能力，基本英語優先 Responsible, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently 具責任心、守時、注重細節及能獨立工作 Willing to work at Kwai Chung or Yuen Long warehouse sites 願意於葵涌或元朗倉庫工作
